It’s Day 3 on our trip, and we’ve come back to “civilization” (make that I-5) after visiting Crater Lake National Park yesterday … Wi-Fi is spotty, but works … except that we’re now out of juice for the laptop! No battery, no (photo blog) post! Stay tuned … we’ll get back up & running later today when we get to Cape Disappointment, WA. You shall not be disappointed! 😉 On the road again …

Boondocking at Walmart

Just woke up after spending the night in the Redding Walmart parking lot.  Now we are off for a four hour drive to Crater Lake after a morning snack.

We’re passing thru Sacramento, following I-5 north … have been doing so for the last 1hr 45 min and will be going a few miles more this evening! We’re off! The road trip is officially on!

Only 1 day, 10 hours, 31 minutes, 52 seconds till we’re on the road. Not that we’re counting 🙂 The big news today is to let you know about our Canada road trip landing page. Bookmark it and follow along with us during our 2 week adventure to the land that brought us Bryan Adams, Pamela Anderson and Trivial Pursuit. Yep, Trivial Pursuit was invented in Canada by Chris Haney and Scott Abbott in 1979.  Who would have guessed?
