With day 11 done I’m feeling much better now than when it started. Not a lot of photos for the day. But here they are. We won’t be posting a couple days since we’ll be out on the water. Expect lots of photos of sea-life when we return. See you then!
Today started off with a trip to the travel clinic downtown here in Cairns. The doctor described the back of my throat as “ferocious.” He didn’t say too much otherwise and said I should be good to dive tomorrow since I can pop my ears. We didn’t get internet access last night. We were pretty tired from the drive, but here are the photos from Day 6.
Most of day 5 was driving. No, all of it was. Most of it was the country side. Here’s all the pictures we took during our 8.5 hour long journey to Surfers Paradise.

What are the odds? We were randomly walking through Sydney, and as we walk by the Four Seasons, cameras were flashing. We see the back of some buffed guy getting photos taken with fans. I joked that it was some famous foosball player, but once we saw the blond locks and sunglasses, we realized it was “The” Hulk Hogan. I couldn’t get my camera ready fast enough, but this is what I got. Cool eh?
